Office and business moves

An office relocation starts with knowing what needs to move and who coordinates it. We work with you to plan furniture, workstations and boxes for a business move connected to Düsseldorf and the surrounding region.

Build an overview of your move

Tell us the number of rooms and workstations, furniture, boxes and larger items. Grouping items by room or department helps clarify where they need to go at the new location. Mention any special requirements in the enquiry so we can discuss what can be included.

Coordinate access and responsibilities

Floors, lifts, loading distances and permitted access times matter at both addresses. A named contact for the relocation helps bring timing, keys and outstanding questions together. We agree on availability and the sequence of work after reviewing the requirements.

Select practical supporting services

Transport and carrying can be combined with furniture disassembly, assembly, packing, unpacking and boxes. If old furniture is staying behind, ask about clearance. We can also discuss cleaning the previous premises. IT work and specialist transport are not automatically included in the moving request.

Stay connected to our local service area

Your origin or destination must be in Düsseldorf or approximately 150 km around it. That includes business moves from Cologne to Berlin or from Hamburg to Düsseldorf. Use the form to describe the route, scale and preferred date. We clarify the details before preparing an individual quote.

Before you enquire.

What should I include in an office relocation enquiry?

Include both addresses, rooms and workstations, furniture, boxes, access information and preferred timing. Add a coordinating contact and explain any special requirements.

Does submitting the form reserve a moving date?

No. We first check the scope and availability, then agree on the date with you.

Your plans start here.

Tell us the route, scope and preferred timing. We will work through the remaining details with you.
