Website and hosting
This website is delivered through Cloudflare. Technical connection data, such as your IP address, time of access, requested address and browser information, is processed to deliver and secure the website. We do not load external fonts or advertising or analytics services.
Enquiries
After your enquiry is saved, Cloudflare sends an internal email containing the enquiry details to our business mailbox so we can respond promptly. This notification is not an additional message to you. Email copies are subject to the retention approach described below and are managed separately from the database.
We use the contact, address, timing and moving details you provide to handle your enquiry, clarify questions and prepare a quote. The details are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and are accessible for processing only after signing in. Required details allow us to contact you and initially assess your route. You can also contact us by phone.
Processing an enquiry about our services is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical security measures serve our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it for the future.
Spam protection
Cloudflare Turnstile loads at the final form step. It processes technical device and connection information to detect automated requests. The resulting token is verified on our server. To limit repeated access, we also temporarily store a hash of the IP address with an attempt counter. These records expire within 15 minutes.
Recipients and international processing
Our technical service provider is Cloudflare, Inc., USA. Using this provider can involve processing data outside the EU or EEA. Information about Cloudflare’s processing and safeguards is available in the provider information below. Cloudflare privacy policy.
Retention
Enquiry details are retained only as long as necessary to process the enquiry, fulfil a subsequent contract or meet statutory retention requirements. Enquiries that are no longer needed are deleted together with internal notes and status history.
Cookies and external links
The public website does not set analytics or marketing cookies. The protected administration area uses a necessary session cookie lasting up to eight hours. WhatsApp is only opened when you follow its link; the provider’s privacy information then also applies. Form details are not automatically sent to WhatsApp.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to certain processing.
